Alto Paraíso is the home of one of Brazil's most coveted wagyu herds. Now its land, its kitchens and its quiet rituals open to a small number of guests each season. Stone, wood, fire and pasture — composed with the patience of a working farm and the precision of a great house.
The Suites
Twelve suites and three private pavilions, each oriented to the slow movement of the sun across the pasture. Linen, oak, hand-fired ceramics and a fireplace for the cool highland evenings.
The Table
Our chef cooks almost exclusively from the estate — our 100% pure wagyu, the kitchen garden, milk from the dairy, honey from the eucalyptus groves. A single nightly menu, served at the long oak table.
Wellness
Steam baths cut into stone, eucalyptus rituals at dusk, an outdoor bath that opens to the entire horizon. Treatments drawn from Brazilian botanicals and the rhythm of the farm.
Days at the estate
There is no need to plan. Each morning we suggest a single, considered way to spend the day — on horseback through the pastures, in conversation with the cattlemen, or by the fire with a glass of something quiet.
